For over ten years, we have been successfully making a difference in the lives of over 4,500 children throughout the greater Rochester area. Our Director is Pamela Barrett Spiteri. Pamela holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology and attended graduate school at the University of Rochester’s William Simon School of Business where she earned a MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
With public speaking being the ultimate fear among adults, Pamela is passionate about developing the self-expression skills of the children in our community that set them on a path for lifelong success. She created innovative products and services over her 15 year career at Xerox Corporation, and holds 8 US patents. Pamela grew up in a faith community where stories came to life through drama. She is a frequent guest lecturer at University of Rochester, Rochester Institute of Technology, and St. John Fisher Colleges, and is a certified Lay Speaker in the United Methodist Faith. She resides in Penfield, NY with her husband, Chuck, and 2 sons.
Pamela has found her calling – combining her passion for educating children while developing their creative expression and public speaking skills. Pamela and her teachers develop students who speak out clearly and relate confidently with peers, thus making the journey through life much easier. Drama Kids thrives on giving children the best gift ever: the gift of CONFIDENCE. We are continuously taking new enrollments! You may register online, contact us, or call (585)586-3830.
