Our Owners

Owners Drama Kids Owners are special people who come from all walks of life.

Some may like to pretend they are clocks, including even a “crazy cuckoo clock”

Some like to act like circus animals –

We find that a few owners like to escape reality by flying away on a magic carpet ride.

Others like to pretend they are more dignified and act like they are “high society”

One thing they all have in common is that they take their business seriously and we do too.  But business doesn’t have to dull to be successful.  Our owners enjoy their business and enjoy each other whenever they get together to workshop our upcoming curriculum and plays, or analyze their business.

We believe in diversity.  Some of our owner’s don’t teach a class, other owners may  teach many classes.  Some have sales or business experience, while others may have teaching or acting experience.   But they ALL love making a dramatic difference in the lives of children and young adults. Whatever your desired role in your business, Drama Kids has a part for you!

Here is what some of our owners have said about their Drama Kids business –

Testimonials from Owners

I felt that if I was to go back into the workforce, I needed a job that was meaningful to me and a valuable service to others. I’m now a positive influence to my students and I'm my own boss in my home office. I receive great support from Drama Kids and have met some great Drama Kids owners who are now my friends. Drama Kids has been a good investment for me on so many levels.
Tricia Foster, Drama Kids of Northeast Dallas, Texas
My plan was to get the Drama Kids business launched before having children and it has worked very well. I’m in my second year, and I’ve already established the Drama Kids name in Albany and have hired additional teachers to add more classes. Drama Kids marketing ads, lesson plans, and business consulting advice have been right on target. Drama Kids has been a great investment, even my husband thinks so!
Deanna Stickles-Bach, Drama Kids of Albany, New York
On a day-to-day basis, one of the great benefits of being a Drama Kids owner is the flexibility which working from home affords - no morning rush hour, casual dress, ability to maintain hobbies and interests, and also be around during the day when family members are ill. My business is an investment that allows me to work in my chosen profession, teaching, while also building an attractive asset. I am proud of what I have achieved through my own efforts and with the great support given by the Drama Kids staff.
Robin Cowie – Drama Kids of Katy, Texas
My family has always been my first priority, but after years of parenting, I really wanted to do something for myself to grow and develop personally. I’ve now been a Drama Kids owner for six years. Drama Kids offers me a way to contribute as a teacher and recently, as a trainer of teachers, by using a class schedule that I set up and control. There is no pressure; there are no goals to meet other than my own. So I can still be a great mother and wife, but also enjoy teaching fun drama classes as well.
Bev Pruzina, Drama Kids of Chesterfield, Virginia
Thanks for a great conference, Doug.  I know you were cc'd on the other email, but I wanted to thank you personally.  I think it may have been one of the best I ever attended.  It was more business focused and addressed many of our daily issues.  I took away a lot, but more importantly a renewed confidence in the future direction of my business.
Janet Driscoll, Drama Kids of Southern MA
Doug and Nancy

Nancy, thank you so much for your visit to Rochester. I greatly appreciate the time you spent with me and all the frank answers to my many questions.

I'm so glad you came when you did, and to the classes that you did, as your feedback and role modeling will be directly applied to my spring performances.

Thanks again,
Pamela Spiteri – Drama Kids of Rochester, NY
