Drama Kids has been developing confidence, speaking skills, and acting abilities in children throughout the world for over 30 years! The Drama Kids afterschool program and summer camps are specially designed to build self-confidence and character, as well as strong speaking, literacy, empathy, and acting skills through the fun and creativity of drama.

Drama Kids of South and East King County serves children in the Renton, Newcastle, Issaquah, Covington and East Kent areas. We are offering classes in schools and community locations.

Drama Kids International of South and East King County is run by Director, Carol Ann Witschi who has provided human resources and consulting services to small businesses for over 25 years. Carol Ann, a native New Yorker, studied acting at The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute and with Uta Hagen at Herbert Berghof’s HBStudio. She also studied improv at The Groundlings and at Comedy on the Lot in Los Angeles. She has appeared in Broadway musicals, touring companies, television programs and commercials. She is an active member of the Renton community serving on Renton City Council and on the Board of The Next Curve, a philanthropic group within the Renton Community Foundation, that raises and distributes grant money to local not-for-profits.

Our goal is simple; we want to provide the youth in our communities the opportunity to develop the skills of confident communication and self-expression through developmental drama exercises. If you want to be sure Drama Kids is offered at your child’s school, please contact Carol Ann and be sure to mention us to your Principal and/or PTA. You can reach Carol Ann at (425) 654-0699 or dramakidswa3@gmail.com
