Drama Kids Programs
Drama Kids’ extensive and comprehensive curriculum was designed by educators, and is the result of more than 35 years of experience and continuous development. While kids are learning and developing new creative thinking styles and skills, they are also developing other important life skills, including public speaking. ALL Drama Kids programs are guaranteed to be both educational and FUN!

Join us for different adventures each week! Visit the world’s biggest candy store one week and ride a Ferris Wheel another week. Be leaping frogs in a race one day and cookie clowns on the escape another day. Other adventures include building a snowman that comes to life and traveling through time in a time machine. Students will also create their own short scenes to perform for parents.

Have fun singing songs from today’s top pop artists as well as popular Broadway and movie songs. Learn the basics of singing and gain confidence as a performer!
Wednesdays: Drama Kids Spring Plays (Grades K-1, Grades 2-3)
Calling all budding actors! Come learn beginning acting skills and put on a short play to present at the end of the semester. Build your stage presence, public speaking skills, and confidence all while having fun acting out. We will also build your improvisation skills through other fun activities to improve your ability to think on the spot.
Wednesdays: Drama Kids – Playwriting, Directing & Acting (Grades 4-5)
Want to be a playwright, director, or actor? Try all three! Students will work together in small groups to write and perform their own short plays. Through this process, they will learn to develop interesting plots and characters, to negotiate and collaborate with each other, and to lead group discussions as the Director of the Day. While we continue to work on honing presentation skills, there will be greater emphasis on storytelling and characterization.
Thursdays: Drama Kids Costumes & Props Design (Grades K-1, Grades 2-3)
Costumes and props help to define a character. Come create new characters by making a different costume or prop each week and we will bring these characters to life through snippets and short scenes!
Fridays: Drama Kids Storytelling Through Dance Grades K-1, Grades 2-3)
Express yourself through dance and movement to tell a story with our dance dramas! Work in small groups to choreograph your own dances.
