After 22 years in federal service, she transitioned into entrepreneurship to build a business that fully utilizes her strengths in communications, training, leadership, and team development, while channeling her long\u2011standing passion for youth development into meaningful community impact. Her early experiences in theatre sparked a lifelong appreciation for creativity, confidence, and clear communication; skills that have shaped her professional journey and now guide her work as a business owner.
