Courtney Clarke is no stranger to the stage or children. A teacher for over 10 years and a performer for 12, she is so excited to share her love of drama with the children of Delaware. Courtney’s mission is to instill confidence, imagination and a love for art in each and every child involved in Drama Kid Wilmingtons program.
Vicki Smith (she/her)
Drama Teacher
Vicki is so excited to join the Drama Kids family! No stranger to the stage, Vicki has performed in numerous musicals and plays in the Tri-State area. A seasoned dancer and dance instructor she also teaches dance to preschoolers and is a preschool teaching assistant during the week. When not on stage or teaching our wonderful Drama Kids, Vicki enjoys traveling, gardening and dancing.
Maria Gonzalez (she/her)
Drama Teacher
Maria is a NY/LA transplant, graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts (Lee Strasberg Institute). She has worked in various roles in Los Angeles at a major Hollywood studio and talent/literary management companies. Maria couldn’t be happier to join the Drama Kids of Wilmington family.
Christy Wyatt
Drama Teacher
Christy just received her Master’s Degree in Exceptional Children and Youth with a concentration in Autism and Severe Disabilities. She’s been performing, directing, and stage managing all over the tri-state area for over a decade. In 2014, Christy spent a semester working for Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. This summer, she participated in a staged reading of “The Unpredictable Times” at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. Christy fills her free time working with transitional students with severe disabilities and directing them in a full-length musical also featuring their teachers, paraprofessionals, and peer mentors.
Darby McLaughlin (she/her)
Drama Teacher
Darby is honored to join the Drama Kids of Wilmington family. Having been involved with singing and dancing and theatre for a good portion of her life, she is passionate about sharing her love of the arts with the children. When not teaching and molding our future, you can find Darby performing with the best cover band around, Philly Jumper.
Gina Olkowski
Substitute
Gina Olkowski has been an educator since 1987 and acting since 2005. She focuses mostly on community theatre but has also been in an independent film. When not doing those she combines her love of the shore with her business Saltwater and Sand.
Lisa Panzer

Lisa is proud to be a part of the Drama Kids of Wilmington staff. As a professional actress and someone who has worked in education, this was a perfect way to blend together what she loves. She brings such a great spirit to each class that she teaches!
Mercedez Robinson (she/her)

Mercedez is so thrilled to join the Drama Kids team. With a ton of teaching experience under her belt, she is a fantastic teacher!

Calvin Pozsonyi (he/him)

Calvin has been performing locally and teaching locally for years. It’s what led him to Drama Kids! He shares his energy and knowledge each week in class.
Rachel Oehler (she/her)
Drama Teacher
Rachel grew up performing and teaching locally. When not teaching 3rd graders virtually, she can be seen teaching super energetic Drama Kids classes!
Rachel Silver (she/her)
Drama Teacher
Rachel is a creative wizard! Whether it is ceramics, tablescapes, greenery or theatre, she can do it all! We are so happy to have her on board!
Marie Tierney (she/her)

Marie is a former performer and has theatre in her blood! She is excited to share her passion for theatre and education with her students.
