Courtney Clarke is no stranger to the stage or children. A teacher for over 10 years and a performer for 12, she is so excited to share her love of drama with the children of Delaware. Courtney’s mission is to instill confidence, imagination and a love for art in each and every child involved in Drama Kid Wilmingtons program.
Vicki is so excited to join the Drama Kids family! No stranger to the stage, Vicki has performed in numerous musicals and plays in the Tri-State area. A seasoned dancer and dance instructor she also teaches dance to preschoolers and is a preschool teaching assistant during the week. When not on stage or teaching our wonderful Drama Kids, Vicki enjoys traveling, gardening and dancing.
Miss Chloe is not only a professional performer, but also works with Theater camps and other community shows geared towards arts education in the State of Delaware. Currently from Middletown, Chloe is very excited to start her new adventure with Drama Kids! She is so eager to use her talents, passion, and bachelor’s degree in musical theater to encourage theatrical expression and pure fun. Ultimately, for both Teacher and Child, “the secret (and joy) of acting is to play like a child for the rest of your life,” here is where you begin!
Maria is a NY/LA transplant, graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts (Lee Strasberg Institute). She has worked in various roles in Los Angeles at a major Hollywood studio and talent/literary management companies. Maria couldn’t be happier to join the Drama Kids of Wilmington family.
Justyna is a stay at home mom to 3 wonderful children and has been married for 17 years to her best friend. She is so excited to be working with Drama Kids and the kids. She loves kids and can’t wait to get started!
Timothy Sheridan is pleased as punch to join Drama Kids. After graduating from DeSales University Timothy studied acting
technique/style at Saint-Petersburg State Theatre Arts Academy (now Russian State Institute of Performing Arts). He has performed on stage & screen, directed, stage managed, painted sets, built props and is eager to share his passion for Theatre with a new generation of artists.
Christy just received her Master’s Degree in Exceptional Children and Youth with a concentration in Autism and Severe Disabilities. She’s been performing, directing, and stage managing all over the tri-state area for over a decade. In 2014, Christy spent a semester working for Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. This summer, she participated in a staged reading of “The Unpredictable Times” at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. Christy fills her free time working with transitional students with severe disabilities and directing them in a full-length musical also featuring their teachers, paraprofessionals, and peer mentors.
Darby is honored to join the Drama Kids of Wilmington family. Having been involved with singing and dancing and theatre for a good portion of her life, she is passionate about sharing her love of the arts with the children. When not teaching and molding our future, you can find Darby performing with the best cover band around, Philly Jumper.
Lizzie is a current college student with years of theatrical and vocal experience under her belt. She is so excited to share her passion with the children of Drama Kids.
Gina Olkowski has been an educator since 1987 and acting since 2005. She focuses mostly on community theatre but has also been in an independent film. When not doing those she combines her love of the shore with her business Saltwater and Sand.
Katelyn has been participating in Delaware community theater for over 16 years through various shows, workshops, and recitals. As a Cab Calloway alumni and a previous dance instructor, she is passionate about all aspects of performance and teaching while earning her degree in Elementary Education. Katelyn is so excited to join the Drama Kids family to help kids of all ages build the self confidence they need and foster a love of drama!
Rachel Greenspan is a local singer-songwriter and music teacher. She’s recently moved on from teaching music at Gymboree, where she loved imparting musical skills on to little kids. One of her favorite things about teaching is building the confidence of a person who needs it, and she can’t wait to fill some more buckets with Drama Kids!
Nicole is a graduate of Penn State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development. Before becoming a Twin Mommy, she was a Pre-K teacher. She grew up in the theater world, so becoming part of the Drama Kids family is a dream come true. “I used to help teach a summer theater camp for children and it was my, absolute, favorite ‘job’ ever. I love all things theater, but seeing a child light up on stage with all the confidence in the world is just the bees knees. It is 100% a fairytale that I am honored to be part of.”
Lisa is proud to be a part of the Drama Kids of Wilmington staff. As a professional actress and someone who has worked in education, this was a perfect way to blend together what she loves. She brings such a great spirit to each class that she teaches!
