Our in-school program brings the Drama Kids award-winning curriculum to your schools! DRAMA ISN’T JUST FOR KIDS WHO WANT TO BE ACTORS! Our classes help children and young adults develop important life skills: Public Speaking, Creative Thinking, Collaboration, Problem Solving, Leadership, And More!
The Drama Kids program is specifically designed to build self-confidence, strong presentation skills, and teamwork through the fun and creativity of drama. MONDAY
Grades K-1 Intro to Theater
Come befriend a dragon one week and race in a sled dog race another week! Join us for new adventures throughout the semester. Through different fun drama activities, we will hone students’ speech skills, presentation skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. There will be a semester-end performance.
Grades 2-3 Intro to Theater
Get ready for different adventures throughout the semester including meeting friendly mummies in a haunted museum, being gold miners in the gold rush days, and inventing crazy robots! Through different fun drama activities, we will hone students’ speech skills, presentation skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. Students will learn beginning acting skills and build confidence as a performer. Students will also work on short scenes that they create. There will be a semester-end performance.
Grades 4-5 Intro to Theater
Students will be archeologists on a treasure hunt one week and movie stars at the Oscars another week. Students will also create commercials for fun products and services. They will write and perform their own short plays in small groups to showcase at the end of the semester. Through the process, they will learn to develop interesting plots and characters, to negotiate and collaborate with team members, and to lead group discussions by taking turns at being the “Director for the Day.” While we continue to work on honing presentation skills, there will be greater emphasis on storytelling and characterization. There will be a semester-end performance. For any student who wants to be in the Spring Musical (1-hour long show), this is a great class to get a head start on preparing for the Musical.
TUESDAY
Grades K-1 Singing Stars
Have fun singing songs from today’s top pop artists as well as popular Broadway and movie songs. Learn the basics of singing and gain confidence as a performer! There will be a semester-end performance.
Grades 2-3 Singing Stars

WEDNESDAY

Join us for this introduction to musical theater. Students will learn the different components of a musical and will sing, act, and dance their way to the stage! There will be a semester-end performance.
THURSDAY
Grades K-1 Costume & Prop Design
Costumes and props help to define a character. Come create new characters by making a different costume or prop each week and we will bring these characters to life through snippets and short scenes!
