Ms. Faith
Owner & Director
Faith is proud to serve as both President of Drama Kids International and the owner and director of Drama Kids of Hillsborough and Pasco Counties. Known as the “Drama Mama” to students throughout the Tampa Bay area for more than a decade, she has built her career around helping children develop confidence, communication skills, creativity, and a strong sense of self through the performing arts.
Faith holds a BA in Education from the University of North Florida and earned her MBA in 2025. A certified Florida teacher with 20 years of classroom experience, she also brings more than 30 years of theatre experience as an actress, director, choreographer, and musical director.
When Faith discovered Drama Kids in 2014, she knew she had found the perfect combination of two things she loved most: education and theatre. What began as a local passion grew into a much larger role within the organization, eventually leading her to become President of Drama Kids International. Today, she has the unique opportunity to make an impact both in her own community and across the Drama Kids franchise system.
At the heart of everything she does is a simple belief: every child deserves a place where they feel seen, encouraged, and capable. Whether she is working with students locally or helping shape the future of Drama Kids nationally and internationally, Faith is passionate about giving children the confidence to find their voice and use it, on stage and far beyond it. Outside of Drama Kids, Faith stays busy keeping up with her two amazing kids, Bradley and Scarlett, her furbaby, Pepper and traveling as much as she can!
Ms. Delena
Director of Operations
Delena serves as the Director of Operations for FL Drama Kids. She has worked with children for years in a variety of roles and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida.
When she is not working, Delena can be found spending time with her husband Jared, her family, and friends. She enjoys playing games, reading, baking, and traveling.
Although Delena has never been on stage herself, she has developed a deep appreciation for the powerful impact theatre has on children. She is dedicated to supporting kids in all areas of her work and is excited to help the program continue to grow!
Ms. Samantha
Lead Drama Teacher
Ms. Sam is an actor with nearly 20 years of performing experience, and she is absolutely thrilled to share both her knowledge of and love for acting with students at Drama Kids! Her credits span across theater, TV, film, hosting, and commercial work (so if she looks familiar, you may have scrolled past her on a social media ad, learned English from her educational TV program, caught her performing improv in St. Pete, or stumbled across her projects in the indie film world). A professional in the industry, Ms. Sam also views acting as a way to infuse pure joy into her everyday life, and encourages students to unleash their creativity to do the same.
Mr. William
Lead Drama Teacher
William first began his acting career at the age of 13. Since then his experience in the theatre has blossomed beyond just acting and developed into being a Stage Manager, Scenic, Sound and Lighting Designer, Choreographer and Director. In 2013 he was part of a theatre team that lead students to become award winners for the National Youth Arts Awards. After his first career in teaching theatre ended he became part of the community theatre in Ft. Smith, AR where he used his skills learned from teaching to help guide others through volunteer work to enhance their skills. He is incredibly excited to begin this new journey with Drama Kids!
Ms. Christie
Community Engagement Coordinator
Christie serves as the Community Engagement Coordinator for Drama Kids, helping connect programs with families, schools, and communities. She also creates and manages social media content, finding new ways to tell the Drama Kids story and showcase the impact the program has on students.
As a mom, Christie is passionate about helping children build confidence, creativity, and communication skills while discovering their voice through drama.
Ms. Hanh
Drama Teacher
Hanh is minoring in Stage Management and has 4 years of experience in technical theatre, stage managing 10 productions. A local Springstead alum, she loves teaching and coaching students, especially helping them discover the magic of backstage and how every piece of a show comes together.
Recently, Hanh has started choreographing and loves sharing her energy for dance with students. When she’s not at the theatre, she enjoys making fun, creative videos and finding new ways to tell cool stories online. Hanh is so excited to be part of Drama Kids and can’t wait to see students shine on stage and behind the scenes!
Ms. Danielle
Drama Teacher
Ms Danielle has been with Drama Kids for the last 8 years and can be found at a theme park when she’s not teaching or working at Busch Gardens!
Ms. Arlene
Drama Teacher
New teacher alert!! This will be Arlene’s very first year working with Drama Kids! She studied musical theatre & acting at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York. She then studied voice acting for 2 years with Abacus Entertainment after completing her degree. Arlene loves to play silly games, make funny voices and most of all teach. Working with Drama Kids gives her all the love & freedom to do all 3! She is extremely excited for this school year and cannot wait to meet you and your drama kiddos.
Mr. Nick
Substitute Drama Teacher
Nick’s interest in drama happened in his first year of highschool. He instantly fell in love with anything related with it. Starting from stage production his first year, he was encouraged to start doing pantomime due to his very expressive attitude and goofy cartoony nature. For the rest of highschool, Nick committed himself fully to drama. He was engaging in shows, competitions, school news, events, and many more.
After graduating, Nick had a whole in his chest, missing the excitements of drama. That’s when Drama Kids fell into his life. Finally, he gets another chance to participate in theater-like activities, and what’s better is that he gets to show how fun drama is to the new generation.
Ms. Dulcie
Production Manager
Dulcie is the resident theatre ninja on the FL DK team! You can find Ms. Dulcie teaching, training, stage managing, directing, and organizing all things related to the Drama Kids Take 2 Performance Academy. Dulcie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania. After several years working in the local Hillsborough County office, Dulcie now works in franchise support in the Drama Kids national office.
She lives in Brandon with her husband, Dave, son Eli, and daughter, Madeleine. Also at home are dogs Roxie and Stella and cats Charlie, Metro, and Celia. She loves to watch students unleash their creativity and imagination in a safe, judgment-free space. Why yes, you can be a princess-robotsuperhero-cat!
Ms. Melissa
Substitute Drama Teacher
Melissa has studied dance throughout her education. She received her BA in Theater and Dance from the University of New Hampshire. After graduating college, she worked at Walt Disney World, performing in all 4 of the theme parks. She danced in both the daytime and nighttime parades in Magic Kingdom and was also the project coordinator for the opening cast of several parades and shows.
Melissa lives in Lutz with her husband Mike, son Michael, and daughter Miranda. She is excited to join Drama Kids and is looking forward to sharing her talents with the students.
