Leesburg, Virginia – Drama Kids International won the 2010 Nickelodeon’s Parents Pick Award for Best Theatre Group for Kids in three major US cities as announced by Nickelodeon’s Parents Connect on September 15, 2010. The local Drama Kids offices are in Las Vegas, San Antonio, and Pittsburgh.
The Parents’ Picks Awards is an annual nationwide online poll that allows parents to vote for their favorite family places, products and parenting tips. Parent polling took place from July 7, 2010 through August 31. 2010, ParentsConnect invited parents to pick the best parenting products, parenting tips and local family places. Drama Kids International won for Best Theatre Group for Kids. To announce the win, Drama Kids received a “Parents’ Picks 2010 Winner” seal to display and will be featured as the winning product on Nickelodeon’s ParentsConnect site until the 2011 awards, so parents everywhere will know that they are the best of the best.
